NAWIC is a professional association comprised of women working in construction and related industries. It was established in 1955 by 16 founding members. Today, more than 5,000 women in approximately 170 chapters across the United States are NAWIC members.
Whether you want to embark on a new career, establish a networking base, be a mentor/mentee for other women, volunteer in the community, expand your construction knowledge, or invest in great friendships, NAWIC offers a variety of educational and professional opportunities.
At the local, regional, and national level, members can take part in leadership development, employee recruitment, mentoring opportunities, education and support of students through scholarships, community outreach projects, job leads, exciting events, and much more.
